As a joint owner of 4Facilities Ltd, my primary responsibilities are driving new business, looking after key accounts, and creating a vision for the business. I specialise in commercial and domestic business development solutions with a keen eye for detail. My extensive experience includes the supply and installation of high-end residential and commercial projects, working on all aspects of both new builds and refurbishments. By providing bespoke aftercare packages tailored to clients' needs, I have built a reputation for maintaining long-term relationships and securing repeat business.
My career began as an engineer, where I developed a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in the field. Over the years, I transitioned into roles that allowed me to combine my technical expertise with my passion for sales and operations. I have held positions as a Service Manager and a Group Sales Director, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and business development aspects of the industry.
I have spent seven years working in London, gaining invaluable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. My career also includes working for a multi-million pound M&E company in Southampton, as well as smaller local businesses in Sussex. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a broad perspective and a deep understanding of the industry's various facets, enabling me to effectively lead and grow 4Facilities.
The inception of 4Facilities Ltd was born out of a mutual frustration shared by myself and my business partner. We were both disheartened by the lack of quality engineering, effective communication, and harmony within our previous companies. This discontent drove us to create a company that addresses these critical issues head-on.

Outside of work, I am a dedicated father of two, managing parenting responsibilities on my own since being widowed four years ago. I am passionate about exercise and find immense joy in coaching a local U10's football team. These personal experiences have instilled in me a resilience and determination that I bring to every challenge I face, both in my personal life and in my role at 4Facilities.
